We offer high quality products such as Aluminum Hydroxide and related materials, Aluminum Oxide and related materials, Zinc and related materials, Zirconium and related materials, Calcium and related materials, Magnesium and related materials, Silica and related materials, Activated Carbon and related materials with other mineral and chemical products for used in various industries.
2. What industries are your products used for ?
Currently our products are widely used in the Refractories, Ceramics, Chemicals, Polishing, Abrasives, Paint, Paper, Glass, Plastics, Construction Materials, Steel, Water Treatment, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Wire and Cable, Cement and Concrete Industries.
3. Can you supply free samples ?
Yes. samples under 1kg for several types of products can be free supplied, but you should to pay the freight charge.
4. Can we buy small quantity for trial order ?
Of course. We serve any purchase without any minimum order limit for all types of products.
5. Can I order other materials ?

We usually process orders within 1 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4. Do you offer free shipping ?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates may vary depending on your region.

Packaging and Delivery
1. What are your company normal export terms ?
We normally export with CFR, CIF and FOB.
2. What courier do you use ?
We collaborate with well-known logistics and shipping companies in Indonesia for Domestic and International shipping services.
We also have our own courier, but this is limited to retail orders and sending samples of domestic products only.
3. What kind of packaging will you use ?
25 kg / 50 kg bag & 1 MT jumbo bag (large bag). Special packing can be offered upon request.
4. How long is your delivery time ?
Generally it is between 3-10 days, it is according to quantity. Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in delivery. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.
5. How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
