  • The shipping costs, risks, insurance, and responsibilities shall be as per the INCOTERMS used on the company’s proforma invoice.
  • Any changes after customer’s confirmation on any steps and/or shipping documents are at the customer’s own risk and responsibility which may cause charge/s.
  • We do not make any profit from the shipping process. This ensures our customers the satisfaction of receiving the most cost-effective rates possible. We Make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently we prioritize our deliveries to South East Asian countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia and Timor Leste.
  • If your country is not listed above, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • We are happy to explore shipping options to additional destinations upon request.

3. Free Shipping

  • We cannot offer free shipping on all purchase orders.

4. Shipping Time

  • All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery times are between three to ten days. Customs delays are not considered.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • For deliveries at the final destination country as per the incoterms CIF, CIP, CFR, CPT, and DAP, the Company’s commitment for on-time delivery shall be the time of shipment from factory to the border / port of loading. International shipping companies’ departure schedules and their possible delays are out of our control.
  • Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in delivery. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

  • Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Import duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

7. Damages

  • We do not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Nevertheless, we understand that there may be some damage. If you encounter any issues with the packaging or the condition of your products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns as we believe that our site provides enough information about our products through description, dimensions, and photos.
  • Regarding exchanges, we allow changes if you have not yet received the tracking information for your order.
  • For cancellations before the shipment of goods, we will refund the funds, but we will deduct the commission charged for the transaction. We hope you understand this policy.
